Service your Apple or Dell laptop with us!

At NinerTech, we have technicians who work in store that are Apple and Dell certified. 

All students, staff, faculty, and alumni of UNC Charlotte have access to our repair center. We offer both in warranty and out of warranty hardware services. 

Our service hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 2pm. No appointment needed, we take walk-ins!

In warranty repairs average 3-5 business days, and out of warranty repairs average 5-7 business days.

If you need a laptop in the mean time, the Atkins Library on campus offers free loaner laptops.
